WS Blaster (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website ws-blaster.com and the WS Blaster platform (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Service.

The Service is operated by WS Blaster, a company registered in Malaysia, with its registered office at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories:

• Account information — name, work email, company name, and any details you provide when creating an account or joining the waitlist.
• WhatsApp configuration — the identifiers and tokens you provide to connect your WhatsApp Business account (WABA ID, phone number ID, Meta access tokens). We store these to send messages on your behalf through Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API.
• Audience data — the contact information you upload for campaigns (recipient phone numbers, names, custom fields). This is stored on your behalf and processed only when you send a campaign.
• Message and delivery data — the content of messages you send, message templates you submit for Meta approval, and the delivery, read, and failure status Meta returns to us.
• Usage data — pages visited, actions taken in the dashboard, basic device and browser information, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies — essential cookies for session management, and analytics cookies only where you have consented.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate your account and protect it from unauthorized access.
• Send WhatsApp messages on your behalf through Meta’s official Cloud API.
• Sync and display template status, approval state, and delivery outcomes from Meta.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address abuse, security issues, and policy violations.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your audience data, message content, or delivery data to train third-party models or to send messages outside of your explicit send actions.

3. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share information only as follows:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — to send messages, sync template status, and operate the WhatsApp Cloud API connection on your behalf.
• Service providers — vetted vendors that provide infrastructure (hosting, email, monitoring, error tracking). Each is bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms.
• Legal and safety — where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WS Blaster, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

4. WhatsApp data

WS Blaster uses Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API to send messages on your behalf.

• Messages are sent only when you take an explicit send action.
• You are responsible for ensuring every recipient has opted in or has otherwise had a prior business interaction with you, as required by WhatsApp Business Policy.
• WS Blaster does not provide contact lists, does not support purchased or scraped data, and does not facilitate unsolicited messaging.
• We do not share WhatsApp-related data with third parties except as described in section 3.

WhatsApp is a registered trademark of its respective owner. WS Blaster is not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.

5. Data retention

• Account information is retained while your account is active.
• Audience data is retained while your account is active. You can delete it at any time from the dashboard, or request deletion by contacting us.
• Message and delivery data is retained for 24 months for audit and troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymized.
• We may retain certain records longer where required by law or to resolve disputes.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@ws-blaster.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

We may transfer and process your information in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms.

9. Children’s privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 16 (or such higher age as your jurisdiction requires for consent to data processing). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be notified to you through the Service or by email where appropriate.
